Pierce Brosnanstars as a Trinity College poetry professor and profligate bachelor who gives up his promiscuous lifestyle after his much younger girlfriend (Jessica Alba) becomes pregnant. When she leaves him for another man three years later, she sends her sister (Hayek) to make sure that he hasn’t reverted to his old ways while caring for their child. Naturually, romance ensues.
Directed by Tom Vaughan, Some Kind of Beautiful starts an exclusive DirecTV video on demand run on July 23, followed by theatrical and wider VOD release on August 21.
