Feid Among Headlining Acts at Lollapalooza Argentina & Lollapalooza Chile

It’s Lollapalooza time for Feid.

The 31-year-old Colombian singer and songwriter is among the acts slated to headline the 2024 editions of Lollapalooza in South America.

Feid will be one of the headlining acts at Lollapalooza Argentina and Lollapalooza Chile. 

But he isn’t the only Latinx artist scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza in South America.

Omar Apollo and Jared Leto’s Thirty Seconds to Mars will perform in Argentina, Chile and at Lollapalooza Brasil.

Grupo Frontera will perform at the popular festival’s editions in Argentina and Chile.

Tickets are now on sale for the events in South America, which will take place from March 15 to 17 in Argentina at the Hipódromo de San Isidro in Buenos Aires; from March 15 to 17 in Chile at the Parque Bicentenario de Cerrillos in Santiago; and from March 24 to 26 in Brazil at the Autódromo de Interlagos in Sao Paulo.

The Argentina shows will feature many of the same acts, along with YSY APhoenix, Miranda!, JungleCristian CastroKenia OsGALE and more.

The Chilean edition will also feature performances by Chencho CorleoneFrancisca Valenzuela and Ana Tijoux, to name a few.

While in Brazil, most of those mentioned will perform, in addition to MeduzaAbove and BeyondGilberto GilCéu and many more.

The lineups were announced Tuesday (Nov. 7) on social media and via press release.

In total, the program includes over 100 acts of varied genres and nationalities, who will be taking stages in each of the three South American cities.

The original Lollapalooza festival — which began as a U.S. tour in the early ’90s and then set up shop annually in Chicago in 2003 — has expanded over the years to countries that also include Germany, Sweden and France. The first edition outside the United States was in Chile, in 2011. Brazil debuted a year later and Argentina in 2014.

The 22-year-old Colombian singer’s hit single “La Bachata” is spending an 11th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 chart dated November 19).

With Turizo adding another week at the summit, let’s look at the longest leads since the chart launched in 2018:

 Meanwhile, Rosalía’s “Despechá” holds strong at No. 2 for an 11th nonconsecutive week. Bizarrap and Quevedo’s “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 52” rebounds to No. 3 for a fifth week after its eight-week atop the ranking, while María Becerra’s “Automático” dips 3-4.

Further, Argentinian Ysy A scores his 15th entry as every song from his latest album, Ysysmo, debuts on the tally. One song from the 12-track set, which released on November 11 through Sponsor Dios, scores the week’s Hot Shot Debut: “Cómo Chilla Ella,” with Sponsor Dios and Evlay, at No. 5.

Elsewhere, Bizarrap adds a 35th entry as his latest collab with Duki, “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 50,” debuts at No. 11. With the new arrival, he ties with Anuel AA, Ozuna and Rauw Alejandro for the third-most, trailing only Bad Bunny’s 53 entries and J Balvin’s 49. Duki, meanwhile, adds a 34th appearance to his account.

La K’onga takes the Greatest Gainer honors of the week thanks to “El Mismo Aire,” which ascends 97-81. Lali collects her 14th entry as “Motiveishon” starts at No. 83. Lastly, David Guetta and Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Good (Blue)” opens at No. 85.

Daddy Yankee Tops Billboard Argentina Hot 100 for Sixth Straight Week with “Con Calma”

The 42-year-old Puerto Rican rapper/singer continues to hold the top spot on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 with his single “Con Calma” featuring Snow for a sixth consecutive week.

And now, Katy Perry joins the No. 1 team, thanks to her remix of the song. The song is a debut on the charts for the American singer — giving her the best Hot Shot Debutfor an artist.   

The rest of the top three on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 remain the same as last week, with Pedro Capó feat. Farruko‘s “Calma (Remix)” at No. 2, and the Argentine trap anthem “Tumbando el club (Remix)” by Neo Pistea featuring C.R.O.ObiewanshotYsy ACazzu and more at No. 3. It is the first time three remixes have topped the list.   

Rosalía‘s song with J Balvin and El Guincho, “Con Altura,” climbed 12 places, ending the week at No. 12. Rosalía’s first-ever song on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 entered the chart last week at No. 24.  

BTS gained the most positions in the past seven days. “Boy With Luv” featuring Halsey climbed a total of 51 places, now ranking at No. 27. On the day of its release, the video clip accumulated more than 36 million views in 24 hours, setting a YouTube record.

Estelares had the best debut of the week, with Manuel Moretti’s group at No. 69 with the latest single, “Ríos de Lava.”

Finally, “Chica Paranormal” by Paulo Londra re-entered the chart at No. 76, and the Argentinian trapper totaled five songs on the list, including two in the top 10: “Tal vez” at No. 6 and “Adán y Eva” at No. 8.

The Argentina Hot 100 ranks the most popular songs in the country and is compiled by a formula that blends local streaming activity on leading music services such as YouTube, Spotifyand Apple Music, among others, as well as national radio airplay and plays of songs featured on a variety of Argentine TV networks. Streaming data is provided by Nielsen Music, while radio and TV measurement is powered by BMAT/Vericast.
