J Balvin is whiteon time with a new video…
The 34-year-old Colombian reggaeton singer has released the official music video for his latest single, “Blanco,” which features head-spinning beats, a lot of white, and flying cats.
J Blavin had previously teased the video release to his fans with a 15-second clip two days before, using a happy face and world emoji and tagging producer Sky Rompiendo, director Colin Tilleyand Boy in the Castle Productions.
The music video for“ Blanco” begins with a rainbow booklet called “Colors of J Balvin” being flipped before it stops on a white page.
“I’ll eat you without a beat, a capella, slowly because the night awaits,” he sings in the opening verse. “Here’s your Medellin boy,” J Balvin also says in Spanish as a dance-infused urban melody with deep percussions plays in the background.
Scenes of the video, filmed by Tilley, feature an all-white scenery including trippy dancers, J Balvin rocking a white hairdo and outfit, and a white flying cat, paying homage to the song’s title.
This isn’t the first time J Balvin has teamed up with the California-based director.
Tilley also directed J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s videos for “Que Pretendes,” “Yo Le Llego,” “Cuidao’ Por Ahi” and “La Canción.”
