The Latino brothers and Cameron Walker Wright’s alt-pop trio Twin XL have released their latest single “Lemonade.”

The song’s catchy melody is juxtaposed with a serious subject: the song is about “being caught in a vicious cycle of self medication and subsequently feeling completely void of emotion,” according to Wright.
