The 43-year-old half-Peruvian American comedian will host two new stand-up special for Netflix viewers.
Segura, a New York Times bestselling author, podcast host and actor, will host his fifth and sixth comedy specials for the streamer, with the first slated to premiere in 2023.
Segura, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, is well known for his Netflix specialsBall Hog, Disgraceful, Completely Normal, and Mostly Stories.
He has also made feature film appearances that include Instant Family, Countdown, Flinch, and The Opening Act, among others.
Segura is one of the top-selling touring acts in the world, having sold hundreds of thousands of tickets on multiple international tours.
Additionally, he co-hosts two of the most popular comedy podcasts, “Your Mom’s House,” with his wife, comedian Christina P. and “Two Bears, One Cave” with fellow comedian Bert Kreischer.
Segura also produces multiple podcasts under his YMH Studios brand.
He recently published I’d Like To Play Alone Please, which debuted at #2 on the New York Times Best Sellers list.
Segura, who grew up in a half Peruvian/half American household speaking fluent Spanish, has been staking his claim in Latin America making a crossover and performing in both English and Spanish. He also launched a podcast in Spanish called Tom Segura En Españolto polish his Spanish-language skills.
The 42-year-old half-Peruvian American comedian, actor and podcaster has signed with WME (William Morris Endeavor) for representation in all areas.
Segura is best known for his Netflix specials Ball Hog, Disgraceful, Mostly Storiesand Completely Normal.
While he’d planned to unveil an additional Spanish-language special on Netflix last fall, its release has been delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Segura previously released the hour-long stand-up albums White Girls With Cornrowsand Thrilledin 2012 and 2010, respectively.
He’ll kick off his latest world tour, I’m Coming Everywhere on December 31, with two shows at the Hawaii Theater Center in Honolulu, and will continue touring throughout 2022.
Segura’s film credits include Paramount Pictures’ comedy Instant Family, in which he starred opposite Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne, comedian Steve Byrne’s The Opening Act, Justin Dec’s horror-thriller Countdownand Cameron Van Hoy’s crime drama Flinch.
He’s appeared on the television side in The Cabin with Bert Kreischer, Workaholics, Happy Endingsand more.
Segura also has his own podcast network, Your Mom’s House Studios, which he runs with his wife, comedian Christina Pazsitzky. It’s home to the hit podcasts Your Mom’s House, which he co-hosts with Pazsitzky, and 2 Bears 1 Cave, which he co-hosts with Bert Kreischer, among others. Notably, YMH Studios was one of the first networks to create successful livestream podcast events as a creative outlet amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, which has disrupted the stand-up scene to varying degrees over the last 20 or so months.

The 40-year-old half-Peruvian American comedian is set to take part in Netflix’s Netflix is a Joke Fest, set forApril 27-May 3 in Los Angeles.
For one week, the streaming giant is partnering with Live Nationto bring more than 100 live shows and events to various venues in L.A. with recorded shows available on the platform later this year.
Netflix Is A Joke, Netflix’s comedy brand, will present the all-star fest that will include Segura, Cristela Alonzo, Ali Wong, Amy Schumer, Bill Burr, Dave Chappelle, David Letterman, Jamie Foxx, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, Kevin Hart, Martin Lawrence, Sebastian Maniscalco, the cast of Schitt’s Creekand more.
The festival will include a special Latino-themed stand up showtitled Los Comediantes de Latinoamérica. The show will feature a who’s who of Latin American comedians. Special guests include Fabrizio Copano, Liss Pereira, Ricardo O’Farrill, and Ricardo Quevedo.
In addition, the fest will feature STAND OUT: An LGBTQ+ Celebration,putting the spotlight on LGBTQ+ comedic talent including Bianca del Rio, Wanda Sykes, Alan Carr, Hannah Gadsby, Margaret Cho, Rosie O’Donnelland Sandra Bernhard.
The fest will close on May 3 with the very first The Hall,a first-of-its-kind hall of fame honoring the greats of stand-up comedy. Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, Wanda Sykes and others will pay homage to and induct comedy legends George Carlin, Richard Pryor,Joan Riversand Robin Williamsinto The Hall. The Hall will be taped at the Ace Theaterin L.A. and stream in May.
The Hallwill have a physical home in a newly designed wing of the National Comedy Centerin Jamestown, New York.

The English-language Tom Segura: Ball Hog,which was filmed live at the Moody Theaterin Austin, Texas, premieres March 24.
The second untitled special will be shot completely in Spanish this fall.

The NYCF this year is partnering with The Female Quotient(The FQ), a woman-owned business committed to advancing equality in the workplace. Through the partnership, the FQ will aim to increase female comedic representation both on and off the stage via its signature pop-up experience, The FQ Lounge. The venue will be inside the flagship Bloomingdale’s department store on 59th Street and Lexington in New York on November 7 and 8.

Tom Segura could soon be bringing the laughs to CBS…
CBS has landed family comedy The Little Things, starring the 39-year-old part-Spanish and Peruvian American standup comedian/actor and his real-life wife Christina Pazsitzky with a put pilot commitment.
Co-written by Segura, Pazsitzky and Marder, The Little Things focuses on the funny coping mechanisms that get you through the harder parenting dilemmas.
The project hails from Segura, Pazsitzky, The Mick executive producer Scott Marder, 3 Arts and CBS Television Studios.
Segura and Pazsitzky executive produce with Marder and 3 Arts’ Michael Rottenberg and Josh Lieberman. CBS Television Studios is the studio.
Segura has had three stand-up specials on Netflix; his latest is titled Disgraceful. Pazsitzky has Netflix special Mother Inferiorand recently wrapped a second one. The duo also are planning stand-up tours for 2019.
Vlad Caamaño is hitting the Great White North this summer…
The Dominican American comedian is set to appear at this year’s Just For LaughsFestival, which runs July 12-31 in Montreal, Canada featuring a plethora of stand-up performances by Judd Apatow, Trevor Noah, Ali Wong, John Mulaney, Chris D’Elia, and Tom Segura.
The signature marquee highlight this year to celebrate the fest’s milestone: Jerry Seinfeld will share the stage with France’s biggest comedic star Gad Elmaleh for a one night performance on July 26.
Caamaño will appear as part of The Ethnic Show, hosted by Iranian-American stand-up Maz Jobrani. Joining Maz and Caamaño, are Jessica Kirson, Steve Byrne, The Doo Wops (John Catucci and David Mesiano) and Mike Rita.
