Lizbeth Ayala is in the running for a special award…
The Set Decorators Society of America has revealed the film nominations for its 2024 SDSA Awards spanning decor/design categories for contemporary, period, fantasy/sci-fi and comedy/musical films, with the Latina set decorator earning a nod.
Ayala is nominated for Best Achievement In Décor/Design of a Contemporary Feature Film for her work on A24’s Civil War.
Winners will be revealed on February 2 during the international group’s SDSA Awards for Film 2024.
