Camila Cabello Releases Spoken Word Teaser Video “What Do I Know About Love?”

Camila Cabellois waxing poetic…

The 22-year-old Cuban/Mexican singer and former Fifth Harmony member has released a new video that could provide some clues into her next album.

Camila Cabello

Titled “What Do I Know About Love?“, the spoken-word video features Cabello speaking about love.

“I know when you fall in love, you feel like you’re the first and only two people in the world,” she says. “Every kiss, every touch, every caress is like something you feel nobody has ever felt before. And you think, has everybody that’s ever fallen in love before just walked around this nonchalantly the whole time?”

No word on what exactly she’s teasing with the video, but Cabello does appear to hint at new music, saying, “What I know for sure is falling in love with life itself makes an artist out of everyone. I thought I was making art before. Writing songs was me making art, but now I want my life to be the work of art and my songwriting to be the camera that I take a picture of it with. It’s what I’m living. That’s the art.”

Earlier this week, there was speculation that the “Señorita” singer was teasing a new project after she posted a series of mysterious, burnt orange images to her Instagram.

Cabello is scheduled to perform on Saturday Night Live on October 12.

“Señorita” only was released as a single on June 21 through Island Records, so the track has gained a lot of steam in a short time.

But Cabello isn’t the only Hispanic artist to make the list…

Aloe Blacccomes in at No. 10 with his Aviciicollaboration, “SOS.” The single, featuring the 40-year-old Panamanian singer’s vocals, was released on April 10.

Camila Cabello Earns Second No. 1 on Australian Singles Chart with Shawn Mendes Collab “Señorita”

Camila Cabellois the top Señorita on the charts in Australia…

The 22-year-old Cuban and Mexican singer’s collaboration with Shawn Mendes, “Señorita,” has unseated  Lil Nas X’s monster hit “Old Town Road” as the No. 1 song in Australia.

“Señorita” rises to the top of the ARIA Singles Chart after four consecutive weeks at No. 2, giving Cabello her second singles chart-topper following her smash “Havana,” which ruled the survey for three weeks in late 2017. Mendes, meanwhile, has earned his first leader Down Under

With “Señorita” claiming top spot, Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” (Columbia/Sony) dips 1-2, ending its chart-topping run at 13 weeks, good enough for equal second best of all time alongside Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” and Coolio’sGangsta’s Paradise”. Only Sheeran’s “Shape Of You” has enjoyed a longer streak at the summit, at 15 weeks.
