Scott Mescudi to Star in Sony Pictures’ Zombie-Themed Action Horror-Comedy “Hell Naw”

Scott Mescudi will be fightin’ the fashionable undead…

The 39-year-old half-Mexican American rapper, singer and actor, known by his stage name Kid Cudi, will star in Sony Pictures’ action horror-comedy Hell Naw.

Kid CudiEuphoria creator Sam Levinson is producing, with screenwriters Keith & Kenny Lucas writing the script, which is in early development.

Mescudi will also produce along with his partners Karina Manashil and Dennis Cummings through their Mad Solar banner.

The plot is being kept under wraps, but the film is reportedly set during Paris Fashion Week and there will be zombies.

“This movie has been five years in the making. I am telling the world now, this film will f*ck you up in all the best ways,” said Mescudi. “I have been a horror fan since I was 7 years old, The first horror movies I ever saw were Night of the Living Dead and Evil Dead. And from that point on, I was hooked on the feeling of being frightened. I’ve been wanting to get into this world creating my own stories for a long time, and now, and after years of working it out in my head, it’s finally happening. Sam, The Lucas Brothers and myself have really crafted a tale we feel everyone who’s a fan of horror and comedy will enjoy. You will laugh, oh yes you will, but the horror aspect of this movie will really be something to see. You will be shook. I promise. Y’all know I don’t play around.”

The project marks a major star vehicle for Mescudi, who recently added the Sonic the Hedgehog spinoff series Knuckles to his future slate, joining Idris Elba last week. He also has the John Woo action film  Silent Night.

Cardi B is red hot in Paris…

The 28-year-old half-Dominican American rap superstar, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, made quite a splash with her first public appearance since giving birth to a baby boy earlier this month.

Cardi B stepped out at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday at a Thierry Mugler event in fire-engine-red feathers surrounding her blond hairdo, with a form-fitting sequin gown to match.

“MUGLER MAMI,” Cardi captioned a series of stunning photos from the red carpet.

Cardi B and Offset took to Instagram on September 6 to announce the birth of their second child together, a baby boy, by sharing a sweet family photo of their new bundle of joy.

In the snapshot, Cardi and Offset are sitting under a Louis Vuitton blanket in a hospital bed as they proudly gaze at their newborn. “9/4/21,” Cardi captioned the picture, adding a blue heart emoji.

“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” the couple said in a statement provided by Cardi B’s representatives. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”

Cardi B and Offset are already parents to their 3-year-old daughter Kulture, who was born July 10, 2018. Offset is also the father to three other children from previous relationships.

Bündchen had previously closed Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2012 show at Paris Fashion Week in October, walking in designer Richard Tisci‘s creations, which helped fuel rumors that she’d be appearing in the company’s next ad campaign.

While most fashionistas believe warm weather clothing should consist of bright hues, floral prints and flowy silhouettes, Givenchy flipped the script for its Spring 2012 collection with a line that has gritty attitude, including sharp-shouldered jackets, laser cut leather and curve-hugging frocks.
