Erik-Michael Estrada Taking Part in ABC’s “A Very Boy Band Holiday” Special

Erik-Michael Estrada is banding together for the holidays…

The 42-year-old Puerto Rican recording artist, writer-producer, actor and lead vocalist of O-Town is set to take part in ABC’s A Very Boy Band Holiday special.

The show airs on Monday, December 6 at 8:00 pm ET/PT on ABC. The special can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.

The special will also debut a new song titled “A Very Boy Band Holiday,” performed by *NSYNC’s Fatone and Boyz II Men’s Morris, a special performance of “This One’s For The Children” by McIntyre and his son Griffin McIntyre, as well as some of the groups’ hits and a mix of classic holiday favorites including “Let It Snow,” “This Christmas,” “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” and more.

The special is produced by 45 Live.

Rocsi Diaz to Host Fox’s Avatar Singing Competition “Alter Ego”

Rocsi Diaz is altering her schedule…

The 39-year-old Honduran television and radio personality and model will host Fox’s Alter Ego.

The show, which will air after The Masked Singer on the fall schedule, is an avatar singing competition that’ll see singers become stars performing as their dream reinventions.

Hilton Joins the Panel of VH1’s Morning Show “The Gossip Table”

The 37-year-old Cuban American blogger, columnist and television personality has joined VH1’s morning panel show The Gossip Table.

Hilton is replacing InTouch’s Noah Levy. He’ll join co-hosts Rob Shuter (NaughtybutNiceRob.com), Marianne Garvey (New York Daily News), Chloe Melas (HollywoodLife.com) and Delaina Dixon (Jetmag.com).

In addition to his online presence, Hilton has done numerous TV appearances and had his own reality series, Perez Hilton Superfan

Launched in 2013 to fill in for Big Morning Buzz during its summer hiatus, The Gossip Table, which dissects celebrity gossip, became a regular weekday program later that year, forming a daily morning block with Big Morning Buzz. The latter is returning again with host Nick Lachey, with the show expected to move to Los Angeles from New York.

The Gossip Table returns this fall, likely on October 5.

Pitbull Developing Two Reality Shows with The Weinstein Company

Pitbull is about to get real with The Weinstein Company.

The 33-year-old Cuban American rap superstar has been tapped by The Weinstein Company to be the catalyst for two reality television series.

The first is called Pitbull: The Lyfe. It will focus on the “Timber” singer’s world tour, recording sessions, and his life behind the scenes.

The second series is The REAL Change Project, in which Pitbull teams with public figures like Michelle Obama, Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney, Kobe Bryant and others as they look back at obstacles they overcame in their formative years and the mentors who helped them succeed.

That series will include live performances with the aim of raising money for school teachers and educators around the globe.

itbull joins a long list of music stars who’ve lived their lives onscreen, including Ozzy Osbourne, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, Snoop Dogg, Bret Michaels, T.I., and Russell Simmons.

Pitbull has seen his songs reach No. 1 in 15 countries, and his signature tunes are I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho), the Kesha duet Timber and Give Me Everything, the latter with Neyo.

Pitbull, currently on a North American arena tour with Enrique Iglesias, has geared his career toward global appeal. That includes performing the World Cup anthem We Are One (Ole Ola) with Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte, and expanding his brand with lines of vodka, clothing and fragrances. He’ll also host the American Music Awards for the second time and through his Honey I’m Home banner, he’ll host a New Year’s Eve special on Fox.

Lovato to Appear on “The Price is Right” During Celebrity Week

Demi Lovato is getting ready to “”Come on down!”

The 20-year-old part-Mexican American singer/actress and The X Factor judge has been announced as one of the celebrities who’ll appear on The Price is Right’s second annual celebrity week.

Starting Monday, February 18 to Friday, February 22, Lovato and other celebrities like Sharon Osbourne and Nick Lachey will take turns playing alongside regular contestants on CBS’ long-running game show.

The celebrities will each play for their selected charity. Lovato’s has selected Free the Children as her choice to receive her earnings from the show. Along with playing some of The Price is Right’s most popular games, they’ll spin the famed wheel.

According to CBS, the celebrities raised a total of more than $250,000 for charity. One of them even surpassed the $72,585 that Snoop Dogg raised for the Snoop Youth Football League last year.

Torres to Compete on NBC’s “Stars Earn Stripes”

The 27-year-old part Nicaraguan American former WWE Divas champion will be competing in NBC’s upcoming military-themed competition series Stars Earn Stripes, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Stars Earn Stripes will feature celebrity contestants taking part in tough military training exercises.

Along with Torres, who got her big break as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers Spirit Dance Team, the list of celebrity competitors includes boxing champion Laila Ali, actor Dean Cain, former NFL player and actor Terry Crews, singer and television host Nick Lachey, Sarah Palin’s husband Todd Palin, Olympic gold medalist Picabo Street and The Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince.

Meanwhile, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe for NATO and 2004 presidential candidate General Wesley Clark (ret.) will host the show along with Entertainment Tonight’s Samantha Harris.

“This new series pays tribute to members of our dedicated armed forces and civil law enforcement and I know that the winnings, which will be donated to first-responder charity and veterans groups, will make a difference and send an important message,” said Clark in a statement.

Stars Earn Strips

Torres and her fellow competitors will gather at a training facility where they’ll tackle complicated and difficult “missions” inspired by real-life military exercises. Like on Dancing With the Stars, each celebrity will be partnered with an expert — in this case, an experienced member of the U.S. military or a law enforcement agency.

Contests range from helicopter drops to long-range target shooting, with the celebrity and the veteran competing as a team. Each week, one team is eliminated.

Stars Earn Stripes will debut with a special two-hour episode on Monday, August 13, at 8 p.m.
