Cruz’s L’Agent Collection Now Available at the Brand’s LA & NYC Stores

Penelope Cruz’s sex appeal is now within reach in New York and Los Angeles…

For the last two years, the 40-year-old Spanish actress and Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive and her sister, Monica Cruz, have been designing a line of intimate apparel alongside L’Agent Provocateur‘s creative director Sarah Shotton for the brand’s own sister line, L’Agent.

And, now consumers can shop for their wares in the flesh.

L’Agent has opened its doors in both Los Angeles and New York, on Melrose Avenue and in Nolita. Future brides and housewives hoping to spice up their love lives can now head to an actual dressing room in lieu of just clicking into a shopping cart.

Visitors will encounter drawer upon drawer of the autumn/winter collection’s lacy, fashion-forward underpinnings inside the pale-pink facades.

Penélope Cruz’s latest project has her on the other side of the camera…

The 39-year-old Spanish actress, who gave birth to her second child last week, has directed her first project, an advertising video for Agent Provocateur.

The clip for the noted lingerie line features her husband, Javier Bardem, portraying a laborer.

The project was “a very interesting experience” because not only did it star family and friends, but it provided “much creative freedom” to tell the story with some highly charged erotic images, said Cruz in a statement released by the company.

The most steamy scene in the video features a man in a suit, played by Miguel Angel Silvestre, walking out onto the terrace of a mansion and spotting model Irina Shayk, the girlfriend of soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, dancing in the pool in black lingerie and a cap.

Cruz’s sister, Monica Cruz, also appears in the video along with actress Goya Toledo.

The story turns out to be a dream and Silvestre awakens to see the face of his boss, a laborer played by Bardem.

The video is the latest project between the Cruz sisters and Agent Provocateur.

The sisters designed a collection of lingerie for the company called L’Agent, which hit the market soon.

Cruz has been making a big push into the world of fashion and design, inking a three-year deal to be the face of Loewe.

Monica Cruz is officially a mother…

The 36-year-old Spanish actress, model and dancer – the younger sister of Penélope Cruz – welcomed her first child, a daughter, on Tuesday at the Hospital Ruber Internacional in Madrid, according to Hola magazine.

The Vicky Cristina Barcelona actress was by her sister’s side when she went into labor. Their mother, Encarna, and brother, Eduardo Cruz, also paid a visit to give their support.

Monica announced her pregnancy in January. She decided to be a single mother by turning to an anonymous sperm donor out of fear that it would “too late for motherhood” by the time she found her perfect partner.

“I am going to be a mother! I have managed to fulfill the dream of a lifetime,” she blogged. “To become pregnant, I turned to artificial insemination…I want to tell, also, so I can have the opportunity to show my thanks to all those anonymous men that give many women like me, the dream of their lives.”

Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem are about to double their brood….

The 38-year-old Spanish actress and her 43-year-old Spanish actor husband, the parents of 2-year-old son Leonardo, are expecting their second child, according to People.

“Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment – when you see that face, you are transformed forever,” Cruz has said of parenthood.

Cruz and Bardem, both Academy Award winners, wed in July 2010 at a friend’s home in the Bahamas.

But Penelope isn’t the only pregnant Cruz…

Penélope won’t be the only Cruz sister with a child soon…

Mónica Cruz recently announced that she got pregnant through artificial insemination by an anonymous sperm donor on her blog for Spanish newspaper El Pais.

The 35-year-old model/dancer/actress – who partnered with her sister Penélope Cruz to create their own lingerie collection for Agent Provocateur – began blogging for El Pais in late December and in January, blogged from a gynecologist appointment before revealing the news

“So I’ve decided to talk about it: I have resorted to artificial insemination in order to get pregnant,” wrote Cruz. “I also wanted to talk about it because it is an opportunity to show my gratitude to all those anonymous donors that help a lot of women, like me, fulfill their lifetime dream. If with this I can help others that are in doubt, here I am for whatever you may need.”

Cruz, who was previously romantically linked to Spanish actor Alex Gonzalez, talked about her biological clock.

“A 40-year-old woman is very young and she feels very young but the maternity thing goes another way, it is measured with another clock that unfortunately we do not control,” wrote Cruz. “I’ve become very informed on the subject. It turns out that after 37 the possibilities of becoming pregnant decrease at an alarming rate.”

Cruz has been serving as the face of Agent Provocateur since last August. And she even starred in the luxury lingerie brand’s Fifty Shades of Grey-inspired video.

Penelope Cruz may the more famous sibling… But that could all change with Mónica Cruz’s latest modeling gig.

The 35-year-old actress/ dancer, Penelope’s younger lookalike sister, has stripped down to her oh-so-haute lencería as the new face Agent Provocateur. And the luxury lingerie brand’s new video has an obvious Fifty Shades of Grey feel, featuring fantasy fashions that evoke the kinky adventures in E.L. James’ novels.

In the commercial entitled “Wilhelmina: Show Your True Self,” Cruz plays a Victorian woman whose true spirit is unmasked by a magical camera. A grizzled British actor looks through the lens as the upper class lady’s “true self” is revealed.

One bra and panties outfit — the Novah — is deep fuchsia-red satin with a black lace overlay, featuring a balconette bra and high-waisted panties.

Another design — the Whitney — is a complex arrangement of sado-masochistic black straps that Cruz shows off with pure self-confidence.

“She’s a professional dancer, a very sexy women. I’ve never seen a woman move like that… Mónica is a beautiful embodiment of the Agent Provocateur brand, knowingly sexy and empowered by her own sensuality,” Agent Provocateur’s creative director, Sarah Shotton, told WWD.
