Luis D. Ortiz has more top-dollar open houses in his future…
Bravo has renewed its hit reality series Million Dollar Listing New York, starring the 27-year-old Puerto Rican licensed real estate agent, for a fourth season.
The reality series centers on three of Manhattan’s most relentless real estate agents, Ortiz, Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant, as they compete for their share of the market and battle to be Manhattan’s top broker, selling the most desired and expensive real estate in New York.
Season three was the highest rated of the series among all key demos with its June 2014 season finale delivering 1.7 million total viewers, making it the highest rated episode of the season among all key demos.
The announcement comes on the heels of Million Dollar Listing New York’s Primetime Emmy nomination for best reality program.
