Lopilato to Star in Reelhouse Productions’ “Fair Market Value”

Luisana Lopilato is a Fair lady…

Reelhouse Productions has cast the 28-year-old Argentine actress in Fair Market Value.

The film follows a real estate agent from Miami who moves to the New York suburbs to work at the competitive world of Better Homes & Gardens and butts heads with a rival real estate agent. Tensions escalate when both are forced to work together to sell one of the most expensive mansions in posh Long Island.

Kevin Arbouet wrote the script from a story by Judy San Roman and will also direct the film.

Arbouet, formerly VP of talent at Lee Daniels Entertainment, co-directed the viral internet clip I Got A Crush On Obama, a short that was seen by over 100 million viewers. He also produced the 2012 Lincoln Center project Portraits In Dramatic Time, featuring William H. Macy, Liv Schrieber, Holly Hunter, Alan Rickman, Allison Pill and Lili Taylor.

Lopilato, the wife of Michael Bublé, previously appeared in the television series Chiquititas, Rebelde Way, Alma Pirata, Casados con Hijos and Atracción x4.

Luisana Lopilato is officially pulling mom duty…

The 26-year-old Argentine actress, model and singer gave birth to her first child, a son named Noah, with husband Michael Bublé.

He posted a picture of Lopilato, and their son on his Instagram account on Tuesday.

Bublé’s representative later confirmed the birth, saying Lopilato gave birth early Tuesday in Vancouver, Canada.

Lopilato and Bublé, who married on March 31, 2011 in Argentina and they had a full ceremony in April, posted a video on Lopilato’s YouTube page early this year to announce their pregnancy, along with a special surprise pic.

The 25-year-old Argentine actress/model is expecting her first child with husband Michael Bublé.

Lopilato and the 37-year-old crooner, who married on March 31, 2011 in Argentina and they had a full ceremony in April, posted a video on Lopilato’s YouTube page to share the news, along with a special surprise pic!

“Mike, Lu and … mini Bublé!!” appeared on the screen over an ultra sound image. “We’re having a baby Bublé!”

Lopilato has appeared in the television series Chiquititas, Rebelde Way, Alma Pirata, Casados con Hijos and Atracción x4. She has modeled for Ultimo, 47 Street, Coca-Cola, Axe, McDonald’s, Gillette, L’Oreal Elviv and BlackBerry.
