Cameron Diaz Featured in Zoe Bell’s Kick-A “Boss Bitch Fight Challenge” Video

There’s no denying Cameron Diazis a boss b$tch… And, now there’s a video to prove it.

Actress and stuntwoman extraordinaire Zoe Bell has created a full-out, virtual battle royale featuring the most badass actresses and stuntwomen of Hollywood, including the 47-year-old half-Cuban American actress.

Bell’s video is appropriately called Boss Bitch Fight Challenge.

“I’m so bored! I just want to play with my friends!” she proclaims as she tries to liven things up during her quarantine with five minutes of virtual fisticuffs.

Similar to a viral video made by stuntmen, the ladies show the men how it’s really done as Bell stitches together vignettes of an all-star, blink-and-you’ll-miss-them roster of women serving us some action-packed, fighting moves.

It starts with Bell and we quickly see actresses like Halle Berry kick some tail, as well as Scarlett Johansson and her fellow Black Widow starFlorence Pugh step into action. Margot Robbiemakes use of her Harley Quinnbat while Charlie’s Angelsalums Drew Barrymoreand Diaz jump into the brawl. Disney Channel Releases Trailer for Second & Final Season of Myrna Velasco’s “Star Wars Resistance”

The Disney Channel has released the trailer for the second and final season of its Emmy-nominated animated series Star Wars Resistance, featuring the Mexican American actress as part of the voice cast.

A suspicious Hutt, ruthless bounty hunters, and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren himself are among the Jedi universe threats that await the intrepid heroes of Star Wars Resistance this season.

Star Wars Resistance returns on October 6 on the Disney Channel and via DisneyNow with an interstellar adventure that bridges between the events depicted in Star Wars: The Last Jedi and the action in the upcoming feature film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (December 20).

From the official synopsis: “Kaz and the team continue to fight against the threat of the First Order, culminating in an epic series finale. The story picks up after a harrowing escape from the First Order, as the Colossus and all its residents find themselves lost in space, pursued by Agent Tierny and Commander Pyre…meanwhile, Tam grapples with her future and where her true allegiance lies, with her friends or the First Order. Grillo-Marxuach Penning “Xena: Warrior Princess” Remake for NBC

Javier Grillo-Marxuach is in warrior mode…

The 46-year-old Puerto Rican television screenwriter and producer has been tapped to pen NBC’s planned remake of the popular syndicated action-adventure series Xena: Warrior Princess.

Grillo-Marxuach will executive produce the project with the original series’ executive producers Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi.

So far, there is no involvement by Lucy Lawless, who toplined the 1995-2001 series, though NBC brass had been open to having her on board in some capacity.

Xena: Warrior Princess

Underscoring NBCUniversal’s hopes to capitalize on the property’s global appeal, the new series is being produced by NBC’s international production unit NBC International Television Studios, headed by Michael Edelstein and JoAnn Alfano.

Grillo-Marxuach (The 100) recently sold the ABC drama project Black Stilleto with Mila Kunis executive producing.

His other credits include Lost, Charmed and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.

Garcia’s Australian Six-Part Mini-Series “The Code” Going Global

Adam Garcia will be code-sharing throughout the world…

The 40-year-old half-Colombian actor’s six-part thriller The Code has landed distribution deals in the United Kingdom, the United States, Latin America and Denmark.

Produced by Australia’s Playmaker, the drama will have its premiere Down Under on ABC1 later this year.

The Code will also be broadcast in the UK by DCD, DirecTV in the U.S., Sundance Channel Latin America in Latin America and Denmark’s DR.

Set in the Australian outback, The Code centers on two very different brothers — one a journalist, the other a hacker — who unearth information that those at the highest levels of political power will kill to keep secret.

DirecTV acquired the series for Audience Network.

The Code was created by Shelley Birse and written by Birse, Blake Ayshford and Justin Monjo.

Garcia, who rose to acclaim in the U.S. after his role in Coyote Ugly, most recently appeared on CBSThe Crazy Ones and NBC’s Camp. He also served as the fourth judge on the 2013 Australian version of Dancing With The Stars.
