Eddie Cibrian is about to get real…
The 40-year-old Cuban American actor and his wife, singer LeAnn Rimes, will be starring in their own reality series.
Cibrian and Rimes will headline VH1’s LeAnn & Eddie, the show’s working title, a six-episode half-hour series to premiere on the network in Fall 2013/Winter 2014.
LeAnn & Eddie will chronicle how singer-actress Rimes and actor Cibrian navigate their careers while also co-parenting Eddie’s two sons.
It also promises for the Hollywood couple to poke fun at what it’s like to be a high-profile duo with more than a little misinformation out there about them.
“We are really excited to be working together on a unique show that will give you a glimpse into who we really are or better yet who we’re really not,” said Cibrian and Rimes. “We’re thrilled to partner with VH1 and The Gurneys to put our spin on a project full of love, humor and music.”
Rimes and Cibrian will executive produce the series through Country Cuban Productions.
“This is going to be a really fun show in which we hope to reveal what their lives are really like – from the normalcy of their home life, to what drives them artistically, to the chaos of their celebrity life,” said Tom Calderone, president of VH1.
