Jennifer Lopez’s “On the Floor” video was the most-watched music video on YouTube last year… And, it looks like she could be back on top this year with her latest video…
The 42-year-old Puerto Rican singer/actress, who recently announced she wouldn’t be returning to the American Idol judges table, debuted the oh-so-colorful clip for her latest single “Goin’ In” on MTV on Wednesday night.
The eye-popping video showcases la Lopez’s haute style as she shows off her mad dance skills in several sparkly outfits on set complete with neon lights and bright walls.
And since the Flo Rida-assisted track is part of the soundtrack to Step Up Revolution, the video includes clips from the dancetastic film.
When asked why she chose Flo Rida as her guest collaborator, J.Lo told MTV News, ” I just think that the style of the song really fit [Flo Rida]. It was half-dance, but half kind of hard too, you know, and I just felt like he was the perfect one.”
Flo Rida was thrilled to be a part of the song.
“I’m a big fan of J.Lo. Her people reached out to me. It was just an honor to get a call from J.Lo,” he gushes.
The song is also included on J.Lo’s greatest hits album Dance Again: The Hits [Deluxe Version], which was released this week.
