Cabello, Hernandez & Jauregui’s Fifth Harmony Releases “Miss Movin’ On” Music Video

It may be hard to move on from Fifth Harmony’s new music video for the all-girl group’s debut single…

Following the release of teaser video for the breakup anthem, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Ally Brooke Hernandez and the rest of the ladies of Fifth Harmony have released the official video for “Miss Movin’ On.”

Fifth Harmony

The video for the song from the Simon Cowell-created girl group, third place finishers on the The X Factor, takes place at an amusement park, with the best friends ceremoniously destroying all evidence of their past relationships.

Some of the music video highlights include the ladies having a blast on the ferris wheel; the ultimate text message kiss-off (he: “Come on, give me another chance.” she: “We’re done.”); huge teddy bears; and some awesome slow-motion photo ripping.

There’s even a scene of a few guys trying to get their game on with the 5H ladies towards the end of the video — but to no avail, as the girls stand strong together.

Fifth Harmony released “Miss Movin’ On” – the lead single to the group’s forthcoming debut album, which is due out this fall –  on Monday.

The Epic Records quintet is currently on a mall tour that runs through Aug. 15.

Jauregui, Cabello & Hernandez’s Fifth Harmony Release “Miss Movin’ On” Video

Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Ally Brooke Hernandez may not have come away the winners of Fox’s The X Factor, but they are movin’ on to bigger and better things…

The Latina singers, members of the Simon Cowell-created all-girl group, have released the Vine-style video for their debut single “Miss Movin’ On.”

Fifth Harmony

The video – part sing-along party, part fun with markers – features the fresh-faced quintet holding up the colorfully written words to the kiss-off anthem. The girls are framed in a Vine-esque app, with the video’s quick edits in the style of the video service’s short shots.

The empowerment track fulfills the girl group’s promise to release “fun pop,” which the quintet made to Billboard at the Radio Disney Music Awards in April. The group was “really far along” with its debut album at that point, with a release anticipated this year on Epic Records.

Producers involved in Fifth Harmony’s debut album include Toby Gad and Julian Bunetta, with Fifth Harmony contributing songwriting as well.

Fifth Harmony finished in third place on the second season of The X Factor earlier this year.

Lovato to Serve as X Factor Judge?

There’s no denying Demi Lovato has the ‘It’ factor… But she may also have The X Factor.

The 19-year-old part Mexican American singer/actress is reportedly thisclose to closing a deal to join Britney Spears on the second season of Fox’s The X Factor, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Lovato and Spears would fill the seats vacated by Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul after Season 1. X Factor creator Simon Cowell and Epic Records chairman L.A. Reid, both returning judges, round out the panel.

While the deal isn’t signed, sealed and delivered yet and could fall apart, sources say Lovato’s team is in final negotiations for the job.

Lovato could help bring in a younger audience, especially since Spears—while still a force in pop music—is 10 years older than the former Disney Channel star.

Reps for Fox and Lovato would not comment and a spokesperson for the show refused to confirm talks to The Hollywood Reporter, although there’s a good chance Cowell and crew could make an X Factor-related announcement at the Fox upfront event for ad buyers on May 14.

Meanwhile, auditions with the new judges in place are scheduled to begin at the end of the month.

Introducing Jasmine V.

It’s something I do all the time: sing out loud while working, driving, walking, folding laundry, etc.… And it hasn’t resulted in being discovered. (Probably ‘cause I can’t really sing. Hee Hee)…

But that isn’t the case for rising star Jasmine Villegas, who was discovered randomly…

When Jasmine V., as she’s called, was just 11-years-old, she was discovered by record company intern while walking her little brother to a music video and singing verses to help him prepare.

After getting permission to record her voice, the clip ended up in the hands of Gabriella Mosci, her current music manager.

Since then, the 17-year-old part-Mexican/part-Filipino starlet has been acting, performing and writing songs about experiences related to love, life and loss while dealing with the pressure of growing up too fast.

“These songs are girl anthems, but I try to give guys some guidance on how to treat girls,” the San Jose, California-native tells mun2. Hopefully, more people will relate to the songs that way.”

Meanwhile, Villegas’ base of celebrity fans has grown. In 2008, Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao discovered Jasmine on YouTube and asked the then-14-year-old to sing the National Anthem before his bout with Juan Manuel Marquez. She’d end up spending months in the Philippines, performing on one of the biggest television stations in the country.

The following year, she produced her own music video for the track, “Serious,” which led to a contract with Epic Records.

But her biggest attention-grabbing moment came last year, when she appeared as Justin Bieber‘s love interest in the video for his break-out hit, “Baby.” Villeags would later tour with the Biebs, as well as briefly date him.

Earlier past September, Villegas—who has stayed true to her roots in her lyrics—released a mixtape, S(he) Be(Lie)ve(d), which she release.

Villegas is now working on her debut album, which should come out sometime next year.
