Cardi B Getting “Freaky” on Offset’s Upcoming Solo Album “Set It Off”

The 30-year-old half-Dominican American Grammy-winning rap superstar will appear twice on Offset’s upcoming solo album Set It Off.

Cardi B, Offset, JealousyIn addition to appearing on the previously released collaboration “Jealousy,” Cardi B will also appear on a second track with her rapper-husband, “Freaky.”

The Migos MC’s album is due out on October 13.

Other guests on Offset’s album include Travis Scott on “Say My Grace,” Don Toliver on “Worth It,” Future on “Broad Day,” Latto on “Fine As Can Be”, Yung Nudy on “Dope Boy,” Chloe on “Princess Cut,” and Mango Foo on “Skyami”.

Set It Off is the follow-up to Offset’s 2019 solo debut, Father of 4, which spun off the hits “Red Room” and the Grammy-nominated “Clout,” also featuring Card B.

Kali Uchis Releases New Album “Red Moon in Venus”

The 28-year-old Colombian-American singer and songwriter has released her new album Red Moon in Venus, which Complex calls a “fully realized universe made possible by the singer’s confident vision.”

Kali UchisWhile Uchis’ latest album isn’t without guests (Don ToliverOmar Apollo, and Summer Walker lend their vocals to the album), the bulk of the 15-track release keeps the focus on her.

“Phase 1 complete,” Uchis told fans when rolling out the new album.

“Love is the message,” Uchis previously said of the new album. “Red Moon In Venus is a timeless, burning expression of desire, heartbreak, faith, and honesty, reflecting the divine femininity of the moon and Venus.”

Red Moon in Venus follows 2020’s Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios), which went on to earn a Grammy nomination and appeared on numerous year-end lists.

A tour in support of Venus is slated to kick off in Austin, Texas on April 25 and also features stops in Atlanta, New York, Boston, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Las Vegas and more.

The 29-year-old Brazilian singer, songwriter, actress and dancer will perform as part of the fourth installment of Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty fashion show.

In addition, there’ll be special appearances by Ángela Aguilar, Avani Gregg, Bella Poarch, Cara Delevingne, Damson Idris, Irina ShaykJoan Smalls, Kornbread, Lara Stone, Lilly Singh, Marsai Martin, Precious Lee, Rickey Thompson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Simu Liu, Taraji P. Henson, Taylour Paige, Winston Duke, Zach Miko and more.

The annual fashion experience will air on November 9 via Prime Video.

The follow-up to the Emmy-winning Vol. 3 iteration of the fashion show will feature the latest Savage X Fenty styles from the music icon, and will stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.

In addition to the show airing on Prime Video, the entire Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 4 collection, which pays tribute to self-expression and personal empowerment, will also be available to shop in the Amazon store and at Savage X Fenty’s website on November 9.

Kid Cudi Reveals Track List for Upcoming Album “Entergalactic”

The 38-year-old hal;f-Mexican American rapper, singer and songwriter has revealed the full track list for his upcoming album Entergalactic.

The 14-track project will serve as a follow-up to Kid Cudi’s 2020 studio set Man on the Moon III: The Chosen and contains the singles “Do What I Want” and “Willing to Trust” featuring Ty Dolla $ign.

According to the track list, Entergalatic will also feature another Ty Dolla $ign collab (“Can’t Shake Her”) as well as the 2 Chainz-assisted “Can’t Believe It” and “Somewhere to Fly” featuring Don Toliver.

Bonus track “Burrow,” meanwhile, will feature Toliver, Steve Aoki and Dot Da Genius.

The album has been a long time coming, with Kid Cudi teasing its concept as far back as 2019, when he told Complex, “Entergalactic is a fantasy. It’s what I wish I had. I live a very lonely life, but I have hope I’ll find someone someday.”

Over the past couple of months, Cudi has opened up about his falling-out with onetime friend and mentor Kanye West, who blasted him (along with outgoing Adidas CEO Kasper Rørsted) in a fake New York Times headline posted to Instagram in early September.

And just last week, the rapper was blown away when Martin Scorsese heaped praise on Pearl, the blood-soaked horror flick starring Mia Goth that he co-produced through his Mad Solar production company.

Kali Uchis Teams Up with SZA to Release New Single “Fue Mejor”

The 27-year-old Colombian American singer/songwriter has joined voices with SZA to release the hot new single “fue major.”

In the Daniel Sannwald-directed music video, Uchis makes a nearly empty parking lot her dance floor before hopping on top of and then inside her real-life boyfriend Don Tolivers whip.

SZA later appears and sings in Spanish for the first time when delivering her verse about getting over someone who never really felt like her person before the two singers join fiery forces for the steamy finale.

The original “fue mejor” track, which featured PartyNextDoor, is from the Grammy-winning artist’s 2020 sophomore album Sin Miedo (Del Amor y Otros Demonios), which peaked at No. 52 on the Billboard 200 and reached No. 1 on Billboard‘s Latin Pop Albums chart.

The PartyNextDoor-assisted version of “fue mejor” reached No. 46 on Hot Latin Songs in December 2020. Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) recently won Latin pop album of the year at the 2021 Billboard Latin Music Awards.

“Thank u @sza for jumping on this & taking the time to sing in a whole different language. Thank u for making Spanish speakers feel seen & for being such a loving, pure & open spirit,” Uchis wrote on Twitter. “que dios me la cuide siempre!!!”

SZA thanked Uchis in return for coaching the R&B singer with her Spanish verse, writing, “KALII!! Te amooo thank you for being patient w me and walking me through my thoughts in Spanish!! Such a nurturing cancer thank YOU FOR BEING OPEN AND HONEST W EVERY STEPP!! now u gotta help me make a Spanish ep.”

Recently, Uchis hopped on the remix of Afro-fusion artist Amaarae‘s “Sad Girlz Love Money.”

The soundtrack to the latest Fast and Furious film, F9, has been revealed, with the 28-year-old Brazilian singer-songwriter appearing on the album.

Anitta, who recently released her first English-language track “Girl From Rio,” perforns the single “Furiosa” on the soundtrack.

But Anitta isn’t the only Latinx artist to appear on the soundtrack…

Justin Quiles, Dalex and Konshens join voices for the single “Rapido;” Amenazzy, Farruko, Myke Towers and Rochy RD perform the single “Real,” and Dominican singer Jarina De Marco performs the song “Mala.”

Like past Fast soundtracks, this one boasts a stellar lineup of established stars and up-and-comers in hip-hop, R&B and Latin. Other artists include Don Toliver, Pop Smoke, Offset, Ty Dolla $ign, Jack Harlow, RZA, The Prodigy, Rico Nasty, and more, who are set to shake up car stereos on June 17 (released via a partnership between Atlantic Records and Universal Pictures; available for pre-order on June 4).

F9 will roar back into movie theaters on June 25.
