The 35-year-old Argentine actress won a Golden Nymph Award at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival for playing Eva Perón in the Spanish miniseries Carta a Eva.
Cardinali, who earned critical acclaim for her work in Una Noche con Sabrina Love and Valentín, earned the Outstanding Actress prize in the miniseries category.
Produced by TVE/Copia Cero and directed by Agustí Villaronga, Carta a Eva was also named Best Miniseries.
