Ice cream brand Serendipity and the iconic Serendipity3 Restaurants have announced Gomez as its newest investor, as well as a special ice cream flavor developed with the SelPink collaboration in mind.

The pint, called Cookies & Cream Remix, is inspired by the upcoming collab. It’s comprised of pink vanilla ice cream, crunchy cookie bites and gobs of gooey fudge.

In an Instagram video announcing the flavor, Gomez is seen eating it in the best way possible, by the spoonful straight out of the container.

“So, basically, it’s heaven,” the singer said of the chocolate-y cookie goodness.

Serendipity x Selena Gomez

“Growing up and loving the iconic Serendipity restaurant, I couldn’t be more excited to become a partner in their expanding brand,” said Gomez said in a statement. “For the Cookies & Cream remix, I wanted to put my own personal spin on this classic flavor by making it with pink vanilla ice cream as a nod to my girls Blackpink and celebrate our new song ‘Ice Cream.’”

“Selena Gomez is the perfect partner and flavor engineer for Serendipity Brands,” Sal Pesce, president and COO of Serendipity Brands, mirrored. “As a forever fan of our brand, Selena brings a fresh perspective and a whole new set of fans to help us take over the decadent ice cream category with our innovative, indulgent mixes.”

Cookies & Cream Remix will be available on the “Ice Cream” collab’s release date, August 28, in supermarkets, convenience stores and other food retailers across the country and online at SerendipityBrands.com.

Selena Gomez Carpool Karaoke

Not satisfied with singing in the car, Gomez decided it was time to shake up Corden’s route to work on The Late Late Show on Monday, June 20, by stopping by one of Los Angeles’ theme parks and taking him for a ride on a roller coaster, singing her hit “Come & Get It” during the ride’s ups and downs.

Proving she’s fearless, Gomez had little problem singing the lyrics to the song as she zoomed around the track, while a terrified Corden spent most of the ride clutching on for dear life.

Later Gomez and Corden talked about her ginger obsession, went through a McDonald’s drive-through and sang their hearts out to Taylor Swift‘s “Shake It Off.”

The highly entertaining clip has already been viewed more than 10 million times on YouTube.

Gomez Launches Twitter Campaign to Promote New Album “Stars Dance”

Selena Gomez‘s debut solo album isn’t scheduled for release until next week… But she’s already giving fans a taste.

The 20-year-old half-Mexican American singer is using the internet to allow fans to sample the album, Stars Dance, through a Twitter campaign designed to unlock song previews and exclusive video content by using a hashtag on Twitter.

Selena Gomez

“Who wants to hear previews from my new album RIGHT NOW? Go to http://StarsDancePreview.com and use #StarsDance to begin unlocking!” the pop star posted on Twitter to her 15 million followers this week.

The site, built by Chicago’s Eyes and Ears Entertainment, currently displays a timeline of the album’s 11 songs on top of a progress bar showing how far fans have progressed in unlocking each of the previews. “Tweet #StarsDance to unlock,” a message on the site reads.

Last May, Gomez’s Hollywood Records label mate Demi Lovato launched her fourth studio album Demi online eight days before its official release through a similar time-themed Twitter campaign. Fans could “unlock” full songs by tweeting out various hashtags, which subsequently became worldwide trending topics.

Come & Get It,” the first single from Stars Dance, currently resides at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Last week, the track “Love Will Remember” — a somber ballad about Gomez’s breakup with fellow pop star Justin Bieber — leaked in full online.

Stars Dance will go on sale on Tuesday, July 23.
