Juanes is about to bring some serious Latin flavor to Dancing with the Stars…
The 40-year-old Colombian rockero will be the entertainer for the ABC celebrity reality dancing competition show’s “Latin Night” taking place on April 29, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Juanes is scheduled to perform an all Spanish-language set of his rockin’ tunes.
The announcement comes on the heels of the launch last week of his memoir, Chasing the Sun, written in both English and Spanish.
The Times is also reporting that Juanes will kick off his Loud and Unplugged Tour this spring.
In February, Juanes followed up his Latin Grammy win for Album of the Year with an acclaimed performance at the Grammys Awards — showing that he is ready to cater to his English language speaking fans.
He revealed then that he is planning to cross over and sing in English on his next album.
“Now I can sing in English easier than before,” he said backstage.
