He may get a bad rap, but Charlie Sheen does have a heart of gold…

The 48-year-old part-Spanish actor has donated $10,000 to a charity focusing on helping people with epilepsy, according to TMZ.

Last week, Sheen was reportedly on the set of his FX series Anger Management when he saw a man, Casey Jones, plastering a wall with posters seeking donations for The Walk To End Epilepsy.

The posters featured Jones and his young grandson who was diagnosed with pediatric epilepsy at the age of three.

Sheen, who is also a father of young children, apparently was so touched by the story that he donated $10,000.
