The 44-year-old Spanish singer has announced plans to offer two more concerts in Mexico after nearly selling out the shows planned for October, according to organizers.
The October 1 and October 2 shows at Mexico City’s Auditorio Nacional are almost completely sold out, prompting the singer to add performances on October 4 and October 5 as part of his La musica no se toca world tour.
Sanz launched his tour on October 12, 2012 in Mexico City before traveling to cities in the United States, Latin America and Spain.
The singer plans to visit Mexico before the concerts to participate in the August 28-September 8 International Mariachi and Charreria Festival in the city of Guadalajara.
Spain is the guest country at the gathering and the singer is scheduled to perform at a concert on September 7 at Guadalajara’s Auditorio Telmex.
Sanz also plans to perform in the northern city of Monterrey on October 11.
