Residente to Launch European Tour This June…

Residente is taking his show to another continent…

After dropping his latest single “Somos anormales” and premiering a self-titled documentary at South by Southwest, the 39-year-old Puerto Rican rapper is headed on tour this summer.

The former Calle 13 frontman will kick off the European leg of the trek on June 27 in Paris and will make stops in cities including Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid and Zurich.

Residente will release his solo debut album in the coming months. The new set includes music made in different parts of the world based on a DNA test.

“I want to reach people and I want to sell. But that’s not my priority. I want to create intelligent, creative music that I like,” he previously told Billboard.

The Grammy-winning artist is set to take part at this year’s Iconic Singer/Songwriter Q&A at the annual 2017 Billboard Latin Music Conference taking place April 26.
