He’s one of this year’s most influential musicians in Mexico this year, especially after serving as a judge on La Voz…México. But Espinoza Paz could soon see his international stock rise beyond his wildest dreams…
The 30-year-old Mexican singer/songwriter—who recently received four Premios Oye! nominations, Mexico’s version of the Grammys—has reportedly recorded a Spanish duet with tween superstar Justin Bieber, according to several news outlets.
The two musicians apparently met when The Biebs made an appearance on La Voz. After hitting it off, Bieber reportedly accepted an offer to record Paz’s hit single “Lo intentamos” with him.
Released in 2009, “Lo intentamos” is one of Paz’s biggest hits.
The Bieber-fied version will reportedly be released on January 17.
