Pabllo Vittar is shining a spotlight on her native country…
Ever since bursting onto the scene back in 2017, the 27-year-old Brazilian drag queen, singer and songwriter has made it abundantly clear that she’s here to represent her nativRe country, full stop.
With Batação Tropical, Vittar is taking that representation to a whole new level — specifically examining the music of Northern Brazil, Vittar does what she does best by offering some truly out-of-this-world over fusions of tecnobrega and forró.
“Very ready to deliver this new release that I’ve been working on together with my team for months. It’s an album that has immense meaning for me and that has a lot of my roots and influences,” said Vittar of her latest project. “A 100% Brazilian album!”
If you’re looking for an album’s worth of queer dance bangers, Vittar has you covered.
