Mars’ Sisters “The Lylas” Land Docu-Series on WE tv

Bruno Mars could soon be getting some Grammy competition… from his own siblings…

The 27-year-old part-Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, who will perform with Rihanna and Sting at this year’s Grammys, has four sisters who are headed to Hollywood.

The Lylas

Mars’ sisters – Jaime, Kailani, Tiara, Tahiti and Presley – are at the center of a docu-series that WE tv has put in development.

The unscripted series will chronicle the lives of Mars’ sisters, who make up the bad The Lylas, as they move from Hawaii to Los Angeles, where they’ll live and work on their debut album, as well as follow their relationship as sisters-turned-business partners

“The Lylas are fierce, independent women, leaving their home — and in some cases their relationships and kids — for a chance at pursuing their love of music,” said Lauren Gellert, WE tv’s SVP Production & Development. “Their story is one filled with all of the drama and chaos that comes from making a major life change, with the added spice of doing it alongside your sisters.”

The Lylas recently released their debut single, “Come Back”, as well as a music video for the track.
