Mariah is going global…

Universal Music Publishing Group(UMPG) has signed the rising Puerto Rican-Cuban singer-songwriter to an exclusive global publishing deal.

“Mariah is a star in the making whose talent, fierce creativity and determination will empower her to go the distance,” says Alexandra Lioutikoff, UMPG President of Latin America and US Latin, in a press statement.

Mariah, who’s signed to Universal Music Latino, was discovered by UMPG reggaeton producer Nely “El Arma Secreta” (Josias De La Cruz) and is represented by GTS management.

This year, Mariah made her debut by “Perreíto” which recently received a gold certification from the RIAAin the United States and Puerto Rico.

“I feel blessed to be part of the UMPG family. I believe that the team will do an excellent job in the development of my career,” added Mariah.
