Live from New York… It’s Louis C.K.

The 45-year-old half Mexican American actor/comedian, who earned two trophies at this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards, will host Saturday Night Live on November 3, NBC announced during Saturday night’s broadcast featuring Bruno Mars as host and musical guest.

It’ll be the first time the star of FX’s critically acclaimed series Louie will host NBC’s long-running sketch comedy show.

During the broadcast, Louis C.K. will be joined by musical guest fun.

SNL airs live on Saturdays at 11:30 pm on NBC.
