The 28-year-old Colombian reggaeton singer and songwriter has joined voices with Brazilian artist Léo Santana for “Vibra Continente,” the official song for the 2019 Copa America running from June 14 to July 7 in Brazil.
The song fuses trap, merengue and samba melodies with Portuguese and Spanish lyrics that capture the soccer event’s vibe and energy.
“Another achievement in my big list,” Karol G previously wrote on Instagramduring the filming of the music video.
The two-minute clip, which was released Sunday, shows the two artists singing and dancing in a soccer field.
“Vibra Continente” kicks off the 2019 Copa America taking place in five different host cities in Brazil. The first game is Brazil vs. Bolivia at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14.
