It’s all about the Benjamins for Jennifer Lopez…
The 50-year-old Puerto Rican superstar had the perfect red carpet accessory for the premiere of her new film Hustlers at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.
In the film, J.Lo plays a veteran New York stripper who leads a group of dancers that con their Wall Street clientele. In the spirit of her role, Lopez donned a blinged-out purse resembling a stack of $100 bills on the red carpet at TIFFon Saturday.
“What a night!!! #hustlersmovie,” Lopez captioned a photo of herself wearing a beautiful long yellow dress.
In addition to Bronx natives Cardi B and J.Lo, Hustlers also stars Constance Wu and appearances by Keke Palmer and Lizzo. The Lorene Scafaria-directed movie hits theaters on September 13.
Lopez previously noted that she spent more than six hard weeks learning how to work the pole for her role as Ramona. Last week, she posted a behind-the-scenes video showing the hard, often painful work that went into perfecting her character.
“This is just hard as anything I’ve ever learned,” Lopez says in the clip, pointing to bruises on her inner thighs and shins. “It might be one of the hardest.”
