The 35-year-old Colombian singer has notched his 23rd chart-topper on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart as “Rojo” rises 3-1 on the July 18 survey.
Balvin extends his second-most No. 1 record on the chart, trailing only Enrique Iglesias who continues at the helm with 30 No. 1s.
“Rojo” is the third single from Balvin’s latest album Colores, his fifth studio album, which peaked at No. 2 on the Top Latin Albums chart dated April 4.
Coloresconcurrently debuted at No. 15 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.
“Rojo pushes to the top of the chart with 12.2 million audience impressions (up 33%) earned in the week ending July 12, according to Nielsen Music, MRC Data.
