J Balvin’s a real doll… Like seriously…
The 35-year-old Colombian reggaeton singer has teamed up with Guess and pop culture e-commerce platform NTWRK to launch a 12-inch, fully posable Balvin action figure.
The mini-Balvin has short-cropped blonde hair and comes shirtless, showING off his buff body and tattoos, faithful replicas of Balvin’s own body ink.
The doll is wearing yellow shorts, white sneakers, a Guess necklace and arrives with an additional Guess outfit that includes a matching yellow hoodie.
The doll was inspired by Balvin’s latest Guess collection and was designed by Balvin together with Guess and NTWRK, with Balvin giving input throughout the process and developing the look of the packaging.
The doll is being sold in limited edition. Only 500 figures will be made and will retail at $250 each.
The Balvin doll will debut at NTWRK’s Transfer, a virtual music culture, streetwear and sneaker festival taking place August 23-25 exclusively on the NTWRK app.
