Geovany Soto is up for grabs…
The 34-year-old Puerto Rican baseball player and Chicago White Sox catcher has declined his option for next season, becoming a free agent.
Soto, the National League Rookie of the Year with the Cubs in 2008, agreed to a minor league contract with the White Sox in January.
Soto missed most of last season because of a right elbow injury that required surgery and batted .190 in 13 games.
