Majandra Delfino is about to learn how to keep calm and carry on…
The 32-year-old Venezuelan-American actress has landed a role opposite Jane Seymour in ABC’s comedy pilot Keep Calm and Carry On.
From writer/executive producer Andrea Abbate, the project revolves around Karey, the clean-nosed black sheep in a family of petty thieves, drug addicts, and narcissists. When her brother is sent to prison, she decides to raise his kids along with her adopted black son and give them the normal lives they deserve.
Delfino, who gave birth to her first child last summer, will portray Kerey’s sister Penny, who seems pretty clueless about what’s going on around her.
Seymour will portray their mother Dotty, who mainly cares about herself and disregards what her children or grandchildren want.
Delfino’s television credits include Roswell, State of Georgia and Quarterlife.
