Majandra Delfino is getting Moore work this pilot season…
The 31-year-old half-Cuban/half-Venezuelan actress/singer, who is expecting her first child with husband David Walton, has been cast in ABC’s untitled comedy pilot starring singer/actress Mandy Moore.
Moore will play a newlywed in the single-camera project who “gets the opportunity of a lifetime to run a hip, new restaurant” in her hometown. At the same time, this new “opportunity” brings her closer to her “needy and high maintenance family.”
Delfino, who most recently starred opposite Raven-Symoné on the short-lived ABC Family series State of Georgia, will play one of Annie’s sisters, who is divorced and living at home.
