Daddy Yankeeis bringing the calmato this year’s Latin AMAs…
The Latin American Music Awards has unveiled the last batch of performers to take the stage during the 2019 star-studded music event, with the 42-year-old Puerto Rican rapper/singer making the list.
In addition to Daddy Yankee, a nominee for Artist of the Year, Telemundo revealed an 18-artist lineup that includes Pitbull, Jason Derulo and Ne-Yo.
Anuel AA, Banda Los Sebastianes, Darell, El Micha, Esteman, Georgel, Justin Quiles, Lenier, Myke Towers, Piso 21, Raymix, Silvestre Dangond, Nacho and Greeicyhave also been confirmed to perform at the 2019 Latin AMAs.
The wave of urban, pop, tropical, and Regional Mexican talent join previously announced performers CNCO, Gente De Zona, Farruko, Wisin & Yandel, Christian Nodal, Zion & Lennox, Beret, Abraham Mateo, Sofía Reyes, Lupita Infante, Ozuna, Emilia and Kali Uchis.
Ozuna leads this year’s pack of nominees with nine nominations. He’s followed by Bad Bunny (8), Romeo Santos (8) and Anuel AA (7). They’re joined by other nominees like Daddy Yankee, Karol G, Maluma,Banda MS and Natti Natasha.
The fifth annual Latin AMAs will air live at 8:00 pm ET on Thursday, October 17, from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The awards show will be preceded by a one-hour red carpet pre-show called La Alfombra de Latin AMAs, kicking off at 7:00 pm ET.
