The 21-year-old Mexican singer/songwriter has released a new single for the broken-hearted who are enjoying the single life, entitled “Se Me Olvido.”
With lyrics like “I forgot I was hurt because you left me / now that I’m dancing I stopped missing you,” and “I’m beginning to like being single and I’m going to stay that way,” the Mexican crooner sings about feeling better and happier after a breakup.
Composed by Edgar Barreraand Geovani Cabrera, “Se Me Olvido” fuses country music with mariachi and comes with a playful clip that was filmed in Guadalajara, Mexico.
In the music video, Nodal is seen singing the song as he’s joined by a group of people having a great time at a festival in a desert setting.
Nodal is a three-time finalist at the 2020 Billboard Latin American Music Awards. The awards show will air live April 23 on Telemundo.
