Brandon Larracuenteis bringing the Partyto this year’s Tribeca TV Festival, just in time for Hispanic Heritage Month.
The 24-year-old Puerto Rican actor’s new Freeform series Party of Five, a reimagining of the classic ‘90s series, will have its sneak preview during the third annual event, which runs from September 12-15 at the Regal Battery Park in Lower Manhattan.

Party of Fivefollows the five Acosta children — Emilio (Larracuente), Lucia, Beto, Valentina and baby Rafael — as they navigate the daily life struggles to survive as a family after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico. Mixing family drama with incredibly relevant current events, Party of Five, from original series creators, Amy Lippmanand Christopher Keyseralong with executive producer Rodrigo Garciaand co-executive producer Michal Zebede, is a contemporary update for a whole new generation.
Party of Fivewill be screened on Saturday, September 14th at 5:30 pm, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Following the screening, there will be a conversation with the show’s producers and writers, as well as cast members including Larracuente, Niko Guardado, Emily Tosta, and Elle Paris Legaspi.
Other premieres at the fest will be Starz’ true crime docu-series Leavenworth; Epix’s Godfather of Harlem; First Wives Club, the BET+remake of the 1996 revenge comedy; CBS’ Evil; Hulu’s Looking for Alaska.
The Tribeca Talks series this year will feature conversations with Hasan Minhaj and James Spader.
