Jennifer Lopez will be shining bright and enjoying the limelight next week…
The 47-year-old Puerto Rican superstar will perform at the Billboard Latin Music Awards on April 27, and will also be honored with Telemundo‘s Star Award.
The special accolade recognizes an artist’s achievement beyond their musical career.
J.Lo will take the stage at the University of Miami‘s Watsco Center to perform new music from her forthcoming Spanish album due this summer — her first all-Spanish LP since 2007.
Other performers throughout the night include Daddy Yankee, Luis Fonsi, J Balvin, Nicky Jam, Gente de Zona, Zion y Lennox, Alejandro Fernández and Morat.
Kate del Castillo, the star of the Netflix series Ingobernable, and actor/singer Carlos Ponce will host the awards ceremony that will air live on Telemundo.
Presenters include ChocQuibTown, Sofía Reyes, Olga Tañón, Sin Bandera, Juan Luis Guerra and Ednita Nazario, among others.
The Billboard Latin Music Awards are the culmination of the Billboard Latin Music Conference, taking place April 24-27 at the Ritz Carlton Miami Beach.
