It looks like Moisés Arias will be back on the big screen two weeks sooner than originally planned…
The 18-year-old Colombian American actor and former Hannah Montana star’s latest film The Kings of Summer, which was previously called Toy’s House, will now come out on May 31.
CBS Films, which picked up the domestic rights to the coming-of-age story after its critically acclaimed premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, had originally planned to release the film on June 14.
The Kings of Summer, written by Chris Galletta and directed by Jordan Vogt-Robert, centers on three friends who decide to spend their summer building a house in the woods and living off the land.
CBS Films recently released the first official trailer for the film, which features Arias showing off his mad drum and dance skills in the middle of the woods.
The film also stars Nick Robinson, Gabriel Basso, Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally and Alison Brie.
Arias’ previous film credits include Nacho Libre, The Perfect Game and Hannah Montana: The Movie.
