Salma Hayek
Hayek, who earned an Oscar nomination for her performance in Frida, wore a deep midnight blue velvet Alexander McQueen gown with a dramatic collar. The heavily embellished halter neckline, dripping in gold, was reminiscent of the ones worn in the 1990s.
Hayek completed her look with the label’s gold skull box clutch and her hair in bold bun.
Zoë Saldaña
She may be appearing in Star Trek Into Darkness in the near future, Zoë Saldaña there was nothing bleak about her Oscars gown. The 34-year-old Dominican/Puerto Rican actress turned heads in a gorgeous Alexis Mabille Couture dress.
Saldaña completed her look with Neil Lane jewelry, Roger Vivier shoes and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
Helena Bonham Carter
Known for her quirky style, Helena Bonham Carter wore a gown from her go-to designer, Vivienne Westwood.The part-Spanish actress, who performed with the cast of Les Miserables during the show, chose a simple black, grey and white dress.
